Log into your Universal Audio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Securely place the hardware in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the unit is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

Ship to Our Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Inspection and Refund
